To provide physicians and other medical practitioners with insight into recent developments in the understanding of Lyme and other tick-borne diseases, and to provide basic tools and strategies for counseling prevention, and for diagnosing and treating these diseases.
MDs, DOs, NDs, DMD, DVM, PhDs, PsyDs, RNs, NPs, PAs, LCSW, DC’s and select alternative medicine providers. Medical students, residents, or interns may register at a discounted rate. Must show proof of full time student status in MD or DO program. Non-medical professional registrants accepted as space permits (approved by Conference Leadership) and must pay full rate.
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Medical Society of the State of New York (MSSNY) through the joint sponsorship of Westchester Academy of Medicine and International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society. The Westchester Academy of Medicine is accredited by MSSNY to provide continuing Medical Education for physicians.
The Westchester Academy of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 8.75 AMA PRA Category I Credits TM. Physicians should only claim the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
The Westchester Academy of Medicine adheres to the ACCME Standards for Commercial Support sm of continuing medical education. All speakers participating in Continuing Medical Education activities are expected to disclose to the program audience any real or apparent conflict(s) of interest related to the content of their presentations.
Application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending.

The Friday Dinner speaker April 11, 2014 is by separate registration.
The Saturday, April 12, 2014 registration fee includes access to scientific sessions presented on April 12, 2014, any course materials, the exhibit hall, continental breakfast, buffet lunch (gluten free options) with speaker and networking breaks. At lunch, there will hosted tables by Lyme experts on a first come, first served basis.
Registration for the ILADS Hershey 2014 Conference is non-refundable if cancelled after March 28, 2013. If canceled prior to March 28, 2013, 80% or $200 will be refunded to registrant.
ILADS reserves the right to dismiss any registrant without cause at the discretion of the Program Chair or the ILADS staff person in charge. No refunds will be given.

One Day Instructional Course on how to Diagnose and Treat Lyme and Associated Tick Borne Diseases.
This course will teach the practitioner the first steps to properly diagnose and treat chronic Lyme disease. There will be ample opportunity to ask questions of nationally known experts. The course will also give the medical practitioner the opportunity to network with other PA doctors with an interest in treating tick borne diseases.
Optional breakfast, lunch and networking breaks are included with the registration.
