Friday, November 2nd: 7:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, November 3rd: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Sunday, November 4th: 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Sunday, November 4th: 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

September 2, 2012 – Full refund, less a 10% administrative fee, if booth space is cancelled on or before this date. No refunds will be given if cancellation occurs after this date.
The Westin Boston Waterfront reserves the right to approve all signage, staging, props and décor. Signs, banners or posters are not to be taped, stapled, nailed or affixed in any other manner to the walls or columns in the Hotel, nor should they obstruct permanent hotel signage from view. The Westin Boston Waterfront reserves the right to prohibit display items in the resort and public areas.
